При логине в контест сохраняем SID в специальную куку
SID_{role}_{contest_id}.По адресу
/cgi-bin/link/{contest_id}/{run_id}запускается скрипт link, который смотрит, какая кука есть у пользователя для запрошенного контеста, и редиректит на соответствующую программу, подставляя SID в get-параметры.
