This should only be merged in when berkeleyauv/sub_descriptions#1 gets finished and merged.
This also comments out the
uuv_keyboard_teleop.launchfile in thekey_board_velocity.launchfile due to thetermiosbug with ROS2 Launch files. Instead, you should useros2 runon the node directly.
