Not able to extract Jester dataset! #3

I have downloaded all the files and then wrote cat 20bn-jester-v1-?? | tar zx in the PowerShell command line. But the cursor is blinking only and that too from few hours. How to know if the command is working? If yes, how much time will it take to concatenate and extract?
I am working on Windows 10 with 8GB RAM.

I am facing the same issue. In my case, I am getting the error as the downloaded file extension is not tar.gz. Can't able to extract Jester dataset either on windows or in google colab.

Can you please guide @benjafire me?
