Use the event mechanism for probes instead of direct gpio polling.
Also added boolean /probe/hard_stop config item, default false, to control whether to decelerate (false) or just quit stepping (true) when the probe triggers. hard_stop is intended for rigid probes where deceleration is dodgy due to the probe preventing further motion.
