I reinstalled the packages, and think it can cover at least some of the dependant warnings. Compared with the dependabot pr for @babel/traverse, seems covered by a reinstall.

@MCatherine1994 Did you do a force install with npm? That's not wonderfully maintainable, which is one of the problems we're seeing on this repo.
