XStar introduces a new approach to prove the personhood of humanity on chain. We ask users to connect the wallet addresses of base with their social network accounts and scan the face to check the liveness. One face is connected with only one wallet address. Then, we ask user to mint a sbt on Base. If users pass the facial recognition and liveness check, they can mint diamond human keys on Base. If they only connect the social network accounts with the wallet addresses, they can also mint SBTs of gold human keys on Base. Users can also check the humanity score in our front end to check the humanity level in our front end. We think the proof of personhood on base is important identity infrastructure.

Human Keys: Unlocking New Possibilities

Human Keys can be seamlessly integrated into a variety of use cases. Currently, we have implemented them in our Telegram mini-game, XStar Fleet. Players who possess Human Keys receive multiplied rewards in farming games based on their humanity scores. This requires linking their Base wallet addresses with their unique Telegram ID, ensuring a personalized and secure experience.

Since the deployment of the Human Keys smart contracts in November, 1,150 users have minted Soulbound Tokens (SBTs) on Base, with over 40% of these users verifying their facial information on Base, showcasing strong adoption and engagement within the ecosystem.

Additionally, we have integrated our humanity score with Blockscout, allowing users to easily check their humanity level directly on the platform. This enhances transparency and accessibility for all participants in the ecosystem.

We are also actively exploring partnerships with other DeFi projects, particularly in the Base ecosystem. For example, integrating Human Keys with lending protocols can revolutionize the way borrowers are evaluated. By leveraging proof of personhood, platforms can verify the liveness of borrowers, potentially allowing them to offer reduced collateral requirements and stand out from competitors.

At present, our primary focus is on expanding within the Base ecosystem, bringing the benefits of Human Keys to more innovative projects and platforms.
