DynamicDEX, a Balancer V3 liquidity pool designed to maximize profitability for liquidity providers (LPs) by dynamically adjusting fees based on historical pool data using the Balancer V3 Hooks. Unlike traditional pools with static fees, DynamicDEX leverages novel algorithms to calculate dynamic fees using factors such as past Trade Volume, Volatility, Liquidity Depth Adjustment and Impermanent Loss in real time.
