A soon-to-be R package supporting Thermo mass spectrometry instrument readback analysis. Thermo orbitrap mass spectrometers record numerous instrument readbacks including:

• Ambient temperature
• Analyzer temperature
• CEPS Peltier temperature
• Fore vacuum pressure
• high vacuum pressure
• ultra high vacuum pressure
