  • do not generate cards stats until the person has paid for a card (Generates cards stats after payment step #170)
  • immediately start charging for S-tier cards
  • consider temporarily paying people to create F and C tier cards
  • charge for all types of cards
  • spec out an issue for a dynamic supply/demand type pricing algorithm for future use
