Analysis repository for Taniguchi et al. 2021, AJ, 162, 111

Overview

This repository contains Jupyter notebooks (notes/*) and a Python package (taniguchi_2021_analysis). It does not contain any observed datasets; please contact the corresponding author to get them. Users can rerun the notebooks by a Jupyter notebook environment and dependencies described in pyproject.toml. The following describes how to setup a standalone environment by VS Code and Docker.

  1. Install VS Code and Docker Desktop, and launch them
  2. Install the Remote Containers extension to VS Code
  3. Clone this repository
  4. Put datasets (*.nc) in ./data
  5. Open the repository by VS Code
  6. Choose Reopen in Container from the Command Palette
