Summary
Adding the new ATD workshop that's part of the atd-docs project. Adding it here for more immediate use.
This workshop leverages the existing L3LS EVPN/VXLAN workshop topology and AVD configurations to build a topology that customers can then test with ANTA and AVD Validate state.
This also comes with an update to the ci-workshops-avd repo for students to clone.
