Kapacitor will create an issue in this repository when an alert is triggered, or attach a new comment to an existing issue regarding the given chamber.

Comment in the issue with the action taken/notes about the alert, and tag it with a relevant tag.

Close the issue only once the ticket is known to be resolved.
