Add @graphql-typed-document-node/core as dependency for static typing

Description

While using ApolloClient for NodeJS backend, I experienced TS errors while compiling mentioning that the module @graphql-typed-document-node/core is not found.

Installing the module also fixed manually typing the gql() return values as TypedDocumentNode.
