Remove HostPoolHostPolicy from gocql package
HostPoolHostPolicy was moved to a separate package, and users don't need to download dependency if they aren't using it. patch by Oleksandr Luzhniy; reviewed by João Reis, Stanislav Bychkov, for CASSGO-21
