[Feature Request]: Add Topic Information to MqttIO Return Value

What would you like to happen?

Currently, the return value of MqttIO is a simple array of bytes that only returns the payload of the topic subscribed to.
When wildcards are applied to the topic, such as topic/#, the return value should be able to apply different logic depending on the topic.

Therefore we need a method that returns with the topic information from MqttIO.
