What

Adds GA4 scroll tracking to 110 specific guide pages. See the trello card for original list of URLs.

I've tested every page manually to check that the scroll tracking is working, I've also checked a few similar URLs for false positives. All seems to be working correctly.

To be deployed in approximately a month's time (30th December?)

Why

We want to do some limited time scroll tracking on these pages.
