Updated dependencies and publisher list

Minor update with the latest publisher list included. There is no change to the API.
Previously failing integration tests (due to stale comparison data) have been updated and continue to run daily on Travis. .test_config.json file for storing credentials used in integration tests is no longer supported - use a .env file instead. All dependencies have been updated to their latest and greatest.

Support HTTPS URLs

Patch update to support League of Comic Geeks new HTTPS endpoints. There is no change to the API.
Integration tests have been updated and are now run daily on Travis. Some additional examples have been provided.

First release

The initial release of this module. It comes with full integration tests which will help detect if there are breaking changes made due to site changes. There is still work to be done as noted in the read me todo, but this release brings seven standard resources which can be used, with examples also provided:
