INSTALLATION:

- go to build/ directory

	* linux :
       	 -> just run make
	* windows:
       	 -> If you plan to run this library on WinXp
       	         - first: set CXXFLAGS_USR="/D_WIN32_WINNT=0x0502"
       	         - then make: nmake /E /f Makefile_window.vc
       	 -> If you plan to run this library only on Vista or above:
       	         nmake /f Makefile_window.vc

- go to sip/ directory
- type "python configuration.py"
- then "make"
after all you will have libprocesslib.so (C++ library) and processlib.so which is a python module ;)
