The current behaviour on Linux is to automatically minimize the Clippings Manager window when it loses focus, due to WebExtension popup windows being always on top by default (there is no way to turn this off). This issue doesn't occur on Windows or macOS.
But this causes issues. When attempting to move the window by drag 'n drop on its title bar, the window suddenly minimizes. There has also been reports of the same thing happening when rearranging clippings and folders in the tree list using drag 'n drop (issue #431).
This option should therefore be turned off by default. To make things simple, force this setting off even for current users. As part of this work, add a status bar icon that shows the current state of this setting, and allow users to quickly toggle this setting on/off by double clicking the status bar icon.
