In Clippings Manager, Linux-specific option to minimize when inactive should be turned OFF by default #176

- Ported from Clippings 7.0
- On first run, turn on status bar with mode icon in Clippings Manager
- Allow click on status bar mode icon to quickly toggle Minimize When Inactive

It was discovered during testing that extension popup windows, such as the New Clipping dialog and the Clippings Manager window, don't have the unwanted "always on top" behaviour in Thunderbird; this was verified on versions 115.12.0 and 128.0b6.

So this feature can be removed from Clippings for Thunderbird.
