Encountered an error while using MitochondrialFlow

Hello,

Thank you for this plugin.
I am trying to determine the mitochondrial morphology in cells stained with Mitotracker and DAPI. I came across the MitochondrialFlow imageJ marco.
However, I am getting an error and the snapshot for the same is attached here. Because of this the analysis window gets stucked at 6%/

Could you help me in fixing the error?
