Added 2 new fields:
- Featured image - shown on latest, list and as a first image in detail view. It is controllable within the templates.
- External URL - if the post was published on another website you can link directly to the post detail on an outside source, link opens in new tab by default. It is also controllable within the template.
Important note: migrations including initial were regenerated in this release to simplify for future releases.
