DWM ISO minor change release

• Neofetch logo added ( not preinstalled )
• Creator of the XelphLinux logo has been credited in the readme.
• Addition of ~/.dwm/autostart_personal.sh which won't be affected by package updates.
• Support of ~/.screenlayout/screen.sh which won't be affected by package updates either.

This is an optional ISO, if you're on any older iso, updating your package list should be enough. If you are choosing a fresh install however, then please download this ISO ❤️ check out the README for any doubts you have, join the discord server for support.

• Chaotic AUR packages failed during calamares, fixed in this iso
• OS-prober detection added to grub for detection of other operating systems.
