DB: Updated the difficulty of all Shadowlands collectibles

From the 11.0.5 patch notes: > Battle for Azeroth and Shadowlands raid encounters have had mechanics adjusted so that they are possible to complete while solo or in a party. I take that to mean, it won't be long before they're all solo-able (if they aren't already).
