By popular demand. To level up the cannon/rocket, needle/Scourge Missile vtol a bit. Cannon and Needle now dominate, so the following changes will be made:
VTOL Assault Cannon hitpoints 300 -> 250
VTOL Hyper Velocity Cannon hitpoints 250 -> 200
VTOL Needle Gun hitpoints 400 -> 300
VTOL Rail Gun hitpoints 400 -> 350
VTOL Lancer hitpoints 20 -> 40
VTOL Bunker Buster hitpoints 30 -> 50
VTOL Tank Killer hitpoints 20 -> 50
VTOL Scourge Missile hitpoints 20 -> 60
