Binary upload

Uploading so you don't have to install Visual Studio (if you're not a dev) to run this.

This binary was made by opening a command prompt, then:

git clone https://github.com/Walkman-Mirror/Steamless.git
cd Steamless
msbuild Steamless.sln

Then uploading the exe in the folder Debug.

I couldn't get it to work myself, so I also uploaded the other two files in that folder just in case you need them.
