First Generic Release

This release provides functionality for creating and managing phenotyping projects including support for multiple projects and fine-grained user access control. Additionally a number of small improvements and bug fixes have been made.

Agile-specific Release

This is a working first release of the project although it is still very specific to the AGILE project. As such it is not recommended for production use on any Tripal site except for KnowPulse where AGILE data is housed.
