Multiple bug fixes (includes fixes to permission system) and addition of new options.
Note: Originally Illumina HiSeq was the only HiSeq option -this version updates all old HiSeq records to HiSeq 2500 and adds the new HiSeq X 10. Please check that all your old Illumina HiSeq was HiSeq 2500.
