This is the official repository for the InterText Graph library introduced in the paper "Revise and Resubmit: An Intertextual Model of Text-based Collaboration in Peer Review", see the paper repository for more details.
To install run pip install git+https://github.com/UKPLab/intertext-graph.git
When using the sentence splitter install en_core_sci_sm
manually from scispaCy.
Check the /tutorial
folder for sample data and notebooks explaining how the Intertext Graph library works.
We provide a small web application to visualize serialized Intertext Graphs.
- Go to
visualization/
and executenpm install
to compile the visualization web app. - Open the
visualization/index.html
file, and get started.
