Add a new terraform module which subscribes to a CloudWatch log group based on the presence of a tag and forwards to a CloudWatch logs destination (e.g. Kinesis).
This module will be integrated with the new bootstrap process (being actively developed), allowing tenants to selectively forward certain logs into the central logging account for ingestion into Splunk.
