Minor fixes and improvements

Added

• The position of the main window when the size is not maximum is now saved
• Party Builder
  • Added Average IP and Basic IP of party
  • The last update time for a party member is now displayed
  • The local player name is now displayed in yellow and only with basic IP
• The spells.json is now automatically loaded by the tool

• A problem has been fixed, which did not save data correctly after closing the program
• Fixed a bug in the file system that could cause the system to crash
• Fixed an error that could occur when the window was closed and then a notification came
• An error has been fixed that caused the tool to crash when a notification appeared
