Distinguish between East and West servers

Added

• West and East servers are now recognized and the corresponding market prices are displayed
• Mist Chests are now displayed in the dashboard

Changed

• The market values are now displayed better in the item window, so that there is no longer a scroll bar at the beginning
• The base URLs for the Albion Data Project can now be adjusted in the settings

• Fix mobs.json can not be loaded by @dyj0816 in #253
