Lazy loading for lists with lots of data

• Lists with a lot of data are now loaded faster and better, so the tool no longer freezes
• Improved information when an Item.json cannot be loaded
• Update zh-CN.xml by @1027603857 in #147

Fixed

• Fixed an issue where level resources were not correctly filtered in the item search
