Update for Into the Fray

This update is required for the tool to work properly with the Albion Online Update Into the Fray.

Added

• Mail counter for mail monitoring
• Taxes are now calculated and displayed in Mail Monitoring
• Notes field for the crafting tab
• Crafting tab for Consumable items
• Party members are now automatically removed from the group when they leave the group
• Kill and death stats are now saved locally to a file to keep more information
• Added exclamation triangle display if an OS is not supported
• Working debug console in settings

• Fixed an issue where the dungeon safe timer would no longer reset
