Use easytls to quickly disable or enable a TLS-Crypt-V2 key,
by adding the key serial-number to the disabled-list

./easytls disable client01

or

./easytls enable client01

This list is checked for every new client connection using a TLS-Crypt-V2 key.
(Unless the disabled-list is itself disabled, via the vars file)
