💫 설명
BoardBar의 디자인을 수정했어요.
공지사항 컨테이너의 크기를 고정시켜서 공지사항이 많으면 스크롤이 생기도록 했어요.
일단 BoardBar관련 컴포넌트를 어느정도 수정했는데
BoardBody.tsx의 내용이 너무 많아서 분리 후에 나머지 디자인을 전부 변경해야할 것 같아요.또, BoardBody 컴포넌트 뿐만 아니라 다른 컴포넌트들도 리팩토링이 많이 필요해보여요!! 기능을 개발하면서 하나씩 리팩토링을 같이 해야할 것 같아요.
