DSS v0.04 - Stability testing edition

This is the fourth beta version of Dynamic Spriteset System, it includes fixes for yoshi's fireball.

This is aimed to people who want to help to test the system to ensure its stability. Things may or may not change for the v1.00 release.

Please read the wiki before doing anything with this system.
