Without an explicit type, tools like mypy assume Log.highlighter must be a ReprHighlighter instead of a Highlighter.

This is the exact same as #4247 but for Log instead of RichLog: without an explicit type, tools like mypy assume Log.highlighter must be a ReprHighlighter instead of a Highlighter.
