Default manga

A default manga for the server or a channel can be set via the /manga-config command. This manga will be used whenever a URL is not specified for the /manga command.
The supported URLs for default mangas are the same as the supported URLs for the /manga command. (Noting it is transformed into the internal URL schema before being set.)
