Granular Interference, improved scheduler and backhaul
Addition of interference by addition of timedomain waveforms. The interference is thus added per subcarrier in both uplink and downlink. This provides a more realistic snapshot of the scheduling performed and the impact on the magnitude of interference. The worst case SINR calculation can still be performed by changing the interference type in the config.
Uplink channel estimation is now aided by optional SRS sequences
The scheduler has been improved and generalized to both down- and uplink
Backhaul functionalities for controlling the traffic source and the overall through has been added
First stable version
This is considered the first stable version of the Monster framework. Most essential elements of a mobile network simulator are contained within the framework. The architecture promotes a modular and scalable way of adding new features.
