tbb-build will deploy necessary packages to start hacking on
the Tor Browser Bundle. All that is needed is a minimal MinGW install.

It will download and deploy the following packages:
	msys-base msys-wget msysgit mingw-dtk
	autoconf automake libtool
	base gcc-core gcc-g++
