It didn't help that almost everyone disappeared for 2 months at some point. Plus there was a handful of issues where I'd ask for help and no one wanted to.

Better later than never ;-)
Also there was so many changes;
Maybe next time those big rewrites should be made in different branch so they wont fk up anything that is working ;-)

The refactor was really the only big project, it just took a lot of time to get everything working again, @da3dsoul can tell you all about it .
