Squadron B-431 v0.13.0

First official early release for Squadron B-431!

The game is fully playable in VR and non-VR modes in cross-play!
Some game breaking bugs can be found such as:

• being too close to a wall can break the teleport in VR
• melee weapons in non-VR can randomly no longer work
• triggering next level somehow breaks the VR player inventory
• other things (?)
