Circular-Chromosome-Ideogram-Python-Script

This script creates a circular ideogram of a chromosome with labeled breakpoints and cytobands. The ideogram is displayed as a JNG image that can be customized by specifying the chromosome, resolution, and color scheme.

Requirements Python 3.x Matplotlib library Cytoband BED file for the corresponding genome assembly

Usage

1. Clone or download the repository to your local machine.
2. Open the terminal or command prompt and navigate to the directory containing the script.
3. Run the script.
