The data and R code required to produce the figures from the manuscript "The impacts of future climate on shallow and deep-water fisheries in New Zealand"

To run the analysis, simply:

1. Clone the repo.
2. Open paper plots.R and change the working directory on line 5 to wherever your repo is.
3. Run paper plots.R and everythign should work as required.
