Tests: Fix hostmap tests not to depend on user-nsswitch.conf

The user-nsswitch.conf was removed in F36+. Tests using it therefore
need fixing to use /etc/nssswitch.conf on Fedora instead.
Fixed indentation of install_nslcd.
