More Functionality!

New Features:

• Mention Parsing!
• Multi-line comment splitting!
• Embedded Pictures return as URL
• Display old messages (Default settings and new :m command!)
• Guild/Channel selection menu more stable

Breaking changes:

• Please delete your old configuration file: ~/.config/discord-cli/config.json
• :d => :g (Guild instead of Disconnect, hehe)

It is getting a bit more usable...
