The first release of the Availability Agent soloution.

This soloution allows a database administrator to install a stored procedure and table into their enviroment which will programatically disable and enabled SQL Agent jobs depending on the role of the availability group node - this is useful if you have a read only secondary and a job that performs write tasks that you don't want to run on that secondary as it will cause failure notifications.
