Add tests

Started this and there's a few issues with the tests.

• Internal links on the report are erroring, not sure if this is a source problem or problem with html-proofer
• There's an XML pointer that points to the dubois theme which is increasingly becoming a bit of a pain

On the latter point maybe if the docs were updated to show how to run a local version of dubois theme that would be great, my git-fu is failing me.
