blueprint quickstarts (#187)

* Adding Blueprint quick start

Adds the tile for Blueprints
Adds the quicks start with tasks for the blueprint feature

* Adds quick start for Blueprints

* Removes "Import"information

* Remove Importing task

* Fix fonte size and typo

* Matches file and resource names

* Update docs/quickstarts/insights-blueprints/metadata.yml
